Your day-to-day:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
  • Respond to work orders and resident service requests
  • Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
  • Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 1+ year of hands-on maintenance experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits:
- $19.00/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
