Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Mesa Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $19/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, health insurance, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off and 9 paid holidays.

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
  • 1+years' experience in general maintenance
  • Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
  • Some knowledge of Boilers and Forced Air
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
