Job description

Hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, integrity – do these words mirror your professional outlook? If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our Front Desk team as a part-time Front Desk team member!

$18 per hour

We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to be on call to cover both day and night shift as needed.

You must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho’s premier full-service retirement community featuring active adult single-family and apartment homes, and a full range of services and care – from independent living to assisted living to memory care. Residents have access to such luxuries as restaurant-style dining, lounge and entertaining spaces, a park with a 9-hole golf course, a theater, and a Health & Fitness Club with an indoor pool and hot tub.

We are looking for someone passionate about both hospitality and customer service.  Between answering phone calls, serving as a first responder and liaison between emergency personnel, helping to coordinate communication between residents and other team members, and generally knowing everything that’s going on in every corner of the building, our Front Desk team stays extremely busy!

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed and scheduled
  • Have at least two years of experience as a receptionist/concierge in a busy setting, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • Be able to physically cover the expanse of our large campus quickly, as needed
  • Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, as you will be operating Touchmark vehicles
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
