Real Estate Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable for multiple real estate portfolios, including tenant billing, collections, and account status reporting

  • Process accounts payable in Yardi, including invoices, check runs, tax payments, and utility payments
  • Maintain accurate rent rolls, billing records, and property accounting data

Real Estate Accounting Specialist Qualifications:

  • Strong Yardi experience highly preferred
