Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the accounts payable function for a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving processes while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the AP team
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices and vendor payments
  • Oversee vendor relationships and resolve escalated payment issues
  • Reconcile AP accounts and ensure accurate month-end close activities
  • Maintain and improve AP policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes
  • Monitor cash flow requirements and payment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
