Job description

A Large Commercial Services Company is hiring a Accounts receivable and payables assistant to join our accounting team. The right fit for the job will be able to multi-task, is computer savvy, organized, and is a team player. Duties will include sending customer statements, sending collections emails and phone call follow up, updating customer records and information, and providing support to other accounting team members. Part time, 25 hours per week. No Accounting experience necessary, thorough training will be provided at time of hire.

Requirements:

Available Monday - Friday

Reliable transportation

Clean criminal screen

Clean drug screen

Compensation starting at $18/hour, dependent upon experience
