Job description

Role: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (in-office)

Pay rate: $28 - $31 / hour, based on experience

Benefits: This role is eligible for health, dental, vision and 401K.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support full-cycle AP operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for daily invoice processing, payment execution, and month-end reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization, managing the full lifecycle from receipt through payment
  • Prepare and execute supplier payments including checks and electronic transfers
  • Review, record, and reconcile credit card expenditures
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve AP-related issues promptly
  • Support month-end AP close and reconciliation activities
  • Assist with audit documentation requests and maintain thorough records in accordance with company policies
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of AP process workflows
  • Perform additional AP duties and provide support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable processing required
  • Prior experience with Oracle software and advanced Excel highly preferred
