Job description

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time onsite Community Manager.

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements:

โ€ขMinimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100

โ€ข Required to live onsite

โ€ข Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability

โ€ข Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

โ€ข Valid California Driverโ€™s License

โ€ข Must be eligible to work in the United States

โ€ข Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening

Community Manager Responsibilities:
โ€ข Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.

โ€ข Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.

โ€ข Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.

โ€ข Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.

โ€ขDrive to different locations.
