Job description

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Community Manager.

Job Summary:

Assists the Community Manager in meeting the goals of Anza Management Company by promoting a quality living experience for the residents, creating a positive environment for the staff, and optimizing return on investment for owners. Must be able to effectively direct the operations of the apartment property on the Community Managerโ€™s days off and during other temporary time periods of the managerโ€™s absence.

Requirements:

โ€ข Minimum 1-year experience as an assistant community manager of at least 100 units.

โ€ข Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed

โ€ข Valid California Driverโ€™s License

โ€ข Must be eligible to work in the United States

โ€ข Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen

Compensation Range: $22

Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.

โ€ข Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.

โ€ข Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.

โ€ข Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
