Job Summary:

The Custodian performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community. Keeps the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.


Custodian Requirements:

โ€ข Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed

โ€ข Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening

โ€ข Must be eligible to work in the United States

Custodian Responsibilities:

โ€ข Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing

โ€ข Cleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
โ€ข Dust furniture and walls
โ€ข Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors as needed

โ€ข Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

โ€ข Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
