We are looking for a candidate who has experience with a tool named AnyLogic with 4+ years exp and relevant at least 1.5 years exp.
Hands-on AnyLogic builder - not just theoretical knowledge
Comfortable writing Java code inside AnyLogic
Can translate a business problem into a simulation model
Responsibilities

Design and develop complex simulation models using AnyLogic (Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and System Dynamics)
Build models to simulate real-world business processes, supply chains, logistics networks, and operational workflows
Validate and verify simulation models against real data and business scenarios
Optimize existing models for performance and accuracy
Analysis & Insights
Analyze simulation outputs and translate results into actionable business insights
Conduct what-if scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
