Job Title: Solution Architect
ROLE_DESCRIPTION
"Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Roadmap
• Partner with technology and business leaders to help define and execute architecture roadmaps for HR, Finance, and employee-facing technology platforms.
• Develop target-state architectures that align with enterprise technology strategies, business objectives, security requirements, and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities for platform modernization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, and application rationalization.
Platform & Solution Architecture
• Provide architecture guidance across platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and related employee technology solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enable a seamless end-to-end employee experience.
• Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, and architectural best practices across the employee technology ecosystem.
• Ensure architectural decisions support enterprise standards, performance requirements, security controls, and regulatory compliance.
AI & Innovation Enablement
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve employee productivity, operational efficiency, and business processes.
• Provide architectural guidance for AI-enabled solutions, including governance, security, and responsible AI considerations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to assess emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies."

"10+ years of experience in one or more technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
3+ years of experience in solution design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
8+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or internet industries
