Job description

The Level 3 Antenna Test Engineer leads advanced RF measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives to ensure antennas meet strict technical and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform complex RF testing and chamber system troubleshooting
• Analyze performance data including gain, bandwidth, and polarization results
• Develop detailed technical reports highlighting compliance with requirements
• Train personnel and maintain testing documentation and system procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in antenna testing and electromagnetics
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
