Echodyne is seeking Antenna Production Engineers to join our fast-growing team and even faster-growing production facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Antenna Production Engineering team will own the maintenance and evolution of all antenna and radar test & measurement instruments. ย Members of this team will be responsible for ensuring that antenna ATP instruments maintain operational uptime that supports production targets, for identifying and leading upgrades, and will work with the manufacturing team as SMEs supporting expansions of Echodyne's production facilities. ย 

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • BS Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics
  • 2 or more years of experience in antennas or antenna-measurement.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of antennas and antenna measurement.
  • Hands-on experience measuring antennas or radiating RF devices at microwave and/or millimeter-wave frequencies. ย 
  • Experience performing data analysis for measurement/experiments, related to antenna measurement, including pattern analysis, side-lobes, and near/far field transformations.
  • Some experience writing code for analysis, applications, or projects.
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCEย 
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)

  • Hands-on experience with complex mixed-signal (RF, analog, & digital) instruments or experimental apparatus.
  • Experience in any mechanical engineering CAD programs.
  • Aptitude for building things, and hands-on proactive approach to what needs to get done.
