Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of technical activities throughout sales opportunities, including technical discovery, product presentations, and evaluations.
• Collaborating with sales teams to drive competitive technical assignments and deliver successful outcomes using your expertise in CFD and simulation technology.
• Interacting with customers to understand their business initiatives, product development needs, and workflows, and communicating the Ansys value proposition to senior management.
• Guiding project teams to develop differentiated simulation solutions using Ansys platforms and products, integrating these solutions into customers’ engineering workflows.
• Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring programs within Synopsys, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Working closely with product development teams to define the product roadmap, test new versions, and develop best practices for applications.
• Delivering professional services projects, providing consulting expertise, and translating customer requirements into actionable product features.

Qualifications:
Required:
• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years (BS), 3 years (MS), or 0 years (PhD) professional experience in an engineering software environment.
• Expertise in Ansys Fluent or other commercial/government CFD software, including aerodynamics and multiphase flow simulations.
• Experience preparing complex CAD models for CFD simulations (CAD clean-up and meshing).
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving revenue impact.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience supporting/implementing Digital Engineering (DE) workflows and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• Publication record and history of delivering technical presentations or training.
• Logical and results-oriented problem solver.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Professional image and strong business acumen.
• Driven to succeed and able to manage multiple complex projects.
• Effective mentor and collaborator, both internally and externally.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior managers and C-level executives.
• Willing and able to travel domestically up to 25-50% of the time.
