Job description

What your day looks like

You’ll take point on complex new product introduction programs in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing setting—owning execution from early development through production launch. Your mornings might start with a phase-gate readiness review, followed by a supplier stand-up and a design-for-manufacture discussion on a complex fabrication. Afternoons are for schedule and cost burn-downs, risk mitigations, and customer touchpoints. Throughout, you’ll align engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and the customer to keep scope, budget, and timeline on track.

What you’ll drive
  • High-visibility aerospace programs spanning commercial, military, and space applications
  • Program execution excellence: integrated schedules, budget control, risk registers, and stakeholder reporting
  • Cross-functional leadership from concept through production launch in an advanced manufacturing environment
  • Customer engagement and communication that builds confidence and strengthens partnerships
  • Lean practices and phase-gate rigor to accelerate NPI and stabilize production
What you’ll bring
  • 7+ years in aerospace manufacturing or advanced manufacturing, ideally with primes/Tier 1 suppliers
  • Proven program/project leadership within engineering and manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers)
  • Fluency in schedule, cost, risk, and program execution metrics
  • Background in NPI/product development and phase-gate processes; exposure to complex fabrication
Impact and visibility

Lead new product development and production execution for marquee aerospace programs. Your work will be seen across the organization and by customers who depend on reliable delivery.
