Position: Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) – Operating Room (Permanent)
Location: Tampa, FL 33613

Pay:

  • $34 – $63/hr


Schedule:

  • May vary based on OR needs

  • 12-hour shifts


Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Support OR operations and daily workflow

  • Assist with staff supervision and scheduling

  • Act as charge/coordinator as needed

  • Ensure patient safety and quality care standards

  • Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams


Requirements:

  • Charge nurse or OR coordinator experience (required)

  • Operating Room experience required

  • Active RN license (state requirements apply)

  • BLS/ACLS certifications (as required)
