Why You're Here
As a Brand & Motion Design Intern, you'll help define how Fuser looks, moves, and communicates. You'll design campaign visuals, product announcements, brand assets, and short-form motion pieces that capture Fuser's energy and clarity.
You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Creative Deployment, Head of Growth & Marketing, and Product Team. You'll be encouraged to experiment - using Fuser itself to generate assets, workflows, and visual ideas that inform our brand.
What You'll Do
  • Design and produce marketing visuals, launch campaigns, product updates, and brand assets
  • Create short-form videos, animations, and tutorials using Fuser and motion tools
  • Contribute to brand systems, layout templates, and creative direction
  • Explore generative and AI-assisted visuals to extend Fuser's identity
  • Collaborate across teams to connect storytelling, motion, brand, and product features
  • Participate in weekly reviews while maintaining creative autonomy

Must-Have Competencies
  • Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop and at least one motion tool: After Effects, Cavalry, Rive, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Solid graphic design fundamentals - typography, layout, color, hierarchy.
  • Interest and experience in AI /creative tools (Fuser, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable with feedback

Nice-to-Have Competencies
  • Experience with Blender, TouchDesigner, or Rive
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for responsive layouts
  • Knowledge of generative design or procedural animation
  • Editing or post-production experience for social-media content
  • Illustration, photography, or creative-direction background
  • Has a deep respect for typeface design

In Person - based in Frogtown, LA with at least two days in office each week.

Compensation & Duration
  • $1,850/month, equivalent to approximately $21-24/hour based on an expected schedule of 18-20 hours per week.
  • $500/month in Fuser generation credits
  • 3/6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion
  • Flexible schedule and weekly mentorship
