FOX Creator Studio (FCS), a division of FOX Entertainment, partners with leading creators to turn bold ideas into premium IP, original formats, and enduring brands, combining creator vision with FOX's scale and infrastructure. Platform agnostic by design, the studio works with digital native talent to expand their ideas across YouTube, television, streaming, film, and more.


The Vice President, Talent Lead will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, structuring, and growing FOX Creator Studio's roster of creator and talent partnerships. This executive will lead talent strategy across the studio, building a pipeline of high-potential digital-native voices and established creators with the ability to scale into durable entertainment brands. The role requires deep relationships across the creator ecosystem, sharp instincts for emerging talent, and the ability to translate creator appeal into long-term commercial and creative value for FOX.


This is a highly strategic and outward-facing role for a leader who understands creator culture, talent economics, brand alignment, and the development of talent into scalable cross-platform franchises.


Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for five (5) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to meet this requirement reliably.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, structure, and manage overall deals with top creators and emerging talent for FOX Creator Studio
  • Oversee creator relations, performance metrics, and long-term partnership strategy across the studio's talent portfolio
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture creative talent with the potential to expand beyond YouTube and digital platforms
  • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline across categories, genres, and audience segments
  • Partner closely with development, production, ad sales, and business teams to align talent strategy with studio priorities and commercialization goals
  • Support creators in scaling their operations while maintaining creative integrity and alignment with commercial objectives
  • Help creators refine their brands, content strategies, and franchise opportunities while preserving authenticity
  • Monitor creator performance, audience growth, and market positioning to inform partnership decisions and investment priorities
  • Structure strategic relationships in collaboration with Business and Legal Affairs and Finance to support long-term value creation
  • Serve as a key ambassador for FOX Creator Studio within the creator economy, agency, management, and entertainment communities


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 12+ years of experience in talent, creator partnerships, digital media, entertainment, studio leadership, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Entertainment, Media, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven success in identifying, signing, and growing creator-led or talent-driven brands
  • Deep understanding of the digital creator ecosystem, including YouTube, social platforms, streaming, and brand monetization models
  • Strong network across creators, managers, agents, representatives, and talent-facing executives
  • Track record of negotiating and managing high-value talent relationships and long-term partnerships

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-247,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
