Relevant de la direction régionale, vous jouez un rôle clé de leader opérationnel. Vous soutenez la direction dans la gestion quotidienne, assurez la coordination des activités et des équipes, et prenez le relais en son absence. Vous contribuez activement à la performance, à la mobilisation des équipes et à l’atteinte des objectifs régionaux.
VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Coordination et opérations
- Superviser la planification opérationnelle des activités sylvicoles selon les priorités et budgets
- Assurer l’application des procédures et le respect des normes de qualité
- Veiller à la conformité des travaux pour autoriser les paiements
- Assurer la gestion de mandats spéciaux
Gestion des ressources et performance
- Contribuer à la planification des ressources humaines, matérielles et financières
- Participer à l’atteinte des cibles opérationnelles et budgétaires
- Optimiser les pratiques pour améliorer l’efficacité
Leadership et gestion d’équipe
- Soutenir, mobiliser et coordonner les superviseurs et équipes techniques
- Participer au développement, à l’évaluation et à la rétention du personnel
- Favoriser un climat de responsabilisation et de collaboration
Soutien à la direction
- Assurer l’intérim de la direction régionale, des gestionnaires aux opérations au besoin
