Join our Team as a Veterinarian

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Veterinarian to join our dynamic team and make a real impact on animal welfare and farm efficiency. If you thrive in a collaborative environment focused on cutting-edge livestock care, this is your chance to grow with us! This position isn’t required to be out of Worthington, MN. The locations are within the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct routine and emergency veterinary care for cattle, swine, sheep, and other livestock.

· Develop and implement herd health programs, including vaccinations, parasite control, and nutrition planning.

· Perform diagnostic tests, surgeries, and treatments in field and clinic settings.

· Advise clients on biosecurity, disease prevention, and regulatory compliance.

· Collaborate on research and adoption of new technologies in animal health and nutrition.

· Opportunity to participate in marketing projects, lead customer education, podcasts, lunch and learns, and social media

Qualifications

· DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.

· 2+ years of experience in large animal or livestock veterinary medicine preferred but will train the right new grad.

· Strong diagnostic and surgical skills; familiarity with ultrasound and reproductive technologies a plus.

· Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.

· Willingness to travel to client farms (company vehicle provided).

· Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.

Compensation:
