Job Description
Job Title: Feed Sales
Position Overview: The Feed Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling our feed products, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of animal nutrition and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
Feed Sales Rep. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new customers, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and achieve sales goals.
  • Product Promotion: Educate customers on the benefits and features of our feed products, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory, including regular customer visits and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information, and report regularly to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs.
Feed Sales Rep. Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the animal feed or agricultural industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of animal nutrition and feed products.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
