SALARY :

  • $18.00 per hour, anything over 40 hours is paid at $27.00 per hour.

  • No benefits until converted into a full time position at the end of 1000 working hours and completion of certifications.

SHIFT:

  • 12.25 hour shifts (5:45am-6:00pm and 5:45pm-6:00am)

  • Rotate day and night shift every six weeks.

  • 3 days on and 3 days off.

  • Full calendar schedule provided on first day of employment.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This is an entry level temporary position with the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills of the business. If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Effectively and safely perform rework duties

  • Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas, or other parts of facility to maintain standards

  • Perform quality control checks

  • Operate industrial equipment to load, unload, and/or transport pallets

  • Assume supplemental responsibilities or tasks as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates

  • Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds

  • Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist. Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds

  • Computer skills required
