Job description

Indiana University Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  We are in the early stages of developing a new healthcare facility and are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join us as we prepare to launch this exciting new chapter in patient care for early 2027!

Position Highlights: 

  • Patient Care 
  • Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia care.  
  • Work closely with patient care staff and other medical professionals to create individualized care plans
  • Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities 
  • Call required

Qualifications

  • Residency training in Anesthesiology required 
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
  • Excellent interpersonal skills preferred
