Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel PACU RN to join our Surgery Center team. This position requires a skilled nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Recovery Room, or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth recovery process for surgical patients.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient recovery and vital signs post-surgery.
  • Administer medications and manage post-operative care protocols.
  • Provide support and education to patients and their families about recovery expectations.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ACU, Recovery Room, or ICU nursing.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
  • Must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
Schedule
This position offers varied days with two 8-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, guaranteeing 16 hours weekly.
