Job Description
This role involves operating production machinery in a large, modern manufacturing facility. You will work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts and focus primarily on standard machine operation, with some packaging and material handling tasks such as moving parts and boxes around the plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform standard machine operating tasks, including starting, stopping, and monitoring equipment during production runs.
- Handle packaging activities such as boxing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment or storage.
- Move parts, materials, and boxes throughout the plant as needed to support continuous production flow.
- Follow all clean room protocols, including wearing required garments and protective equipment when entering and working in controlled areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S3K principles and company standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures while working with machinery and materials.
- Collaborate with team members across different buildings and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by following standardized work practices and contributing to a culture of organization and cleanliness.
Essential Skills
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Consistent work history with a minimum tenure of 6 months at each previous job.
- Recent employment history without gaps longer than 30 days, demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic.
- Experience in production or general labor environments.
- Ability to perform standard machine operating tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Comfort working in a PPE-required environment, including adherence to safety and clean room protocols.
- Physical ability to walk frequently and move materials around a large facility.
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a clean room or highly controlled environment.
- Familiarity with 5S3K or similar workplace organization and cleanliness methodologies.
- Previous experience in packaging, material handling, or general labor roles in a production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
