Job description

Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. has a contingent opening for a Program Manager on Ft. Gordon, GA supporting US Army INSCOM's global GEOINT enterprise. The PM must have experience and knowledge of various GEOINT disciplines for planning, analysis, and reporting of operations supporting worldwide missions. The PM will be responsible for managing personnel operating tools for sophisticated GEOINT exploitation and integration; they will provide operational consult to military/DoW civilian operators and supervisors to enable multidiscipline GEOINT analysis and mission operations from CONUS and OCONUS locations to tactical consumers and enterprise nodes worldwide. The PM will be responsible for the performance of work, leading a large contractor/subcontractor workforce, liaise between DoW civilians and BAE corporate management, and always be available to meet the unique demands of the global GEOINT enterprise mission. #GACC Required Education, Experience, & Skills MA/MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoW programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services; OR BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoW programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services. Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products. Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines. Excellent communication and analytical skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. Certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent. Must have a Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance; future work may require a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI w/CI Poly) clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Superior understanding of DoW Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations. Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks. Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
