Job description

Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 0800- 1700 EST

Location:  Contracted personnel performing in support of this contract will be assigned to the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) in Falls Church, Virginia but will work at the Contractor's facility or remotely

***Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

Program Oversight & Leadership

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage contractor personnel supporting the six CQM programs.
  • Ensure successful execution of initiatives and projects across the Clinical Quality Management programs.
  • Provide daily communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding performance or personnel concerns.
  • Oversee contractor personnel onboarding, training, and compliance requirements.

Program Administration

  • Maintain compliance with contract requirements and regulatory policies.
  • Generate and update required reports.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Produce and submit the Weekly Performance Report (WPR) to the COR and CO.
  • Maintain a Suspense Log Summary Report (SLSR) for routine and non-routine correspondence and actions.
  • Prepare Meeting Summary Reports (MSR) after approved meetings.
  • Maintain the Personnel Status Report (PSR) detailing staffing status and changes.

Program Management Planning

  • Develop the contract Program Management Plan including:
    • Organizational structure and staffing plan.
    • Milestones and project timelines.
    • Holiday schedules and work coverage plans.
    • Telework policies and agreements.
    • Contact information for key contractor personnel.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Define and maintain standards across all CQM programs.
  • Apply principles of high reliability and healthcare quality improvement within the military healthcare environment.
  • Analyze program performance to manage risk and ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings with the COR and CQM program leads.
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support across all CQM initiatives.

Training & Compliance

  • Ensure contractor personnel complete required DoD training, including HIPAA training when applicable.
  • Ensure protection of PII and PHI in accordance with DoD requirements.
Qualifications
  • Certification as a PMP with a background in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in health services management or business management Minimum of 5yrs experience in project/program management and/or clinical quality management
  • Experience with and knowledge of DoD contracts
  • Experience with managing large teams and overseeing/supervising personnel Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
