Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Drive Insight-Led Decision-Making

  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify critical business questions and translate them into analytical priorities

  • Develop and deliver analytics that reveal leading indicators of pipeline health and sales performance

  • Present insights to diverse audiences - from frontline managers to executives - using data storytelling techniques that drive action

  • Embed yourself with stakeholder teams to understand how they make decisions and design insights that seamlessly integrate into existing workflows

  • Deliver actionable QBR insights

  • Own forecasting data and provide clear insights

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all sales data

Build Strategic Analytics Capabilities

  • Prioritize and scope analytics initiatives to address the most urgent business needs while building toward long-term strategic goals

  • Design dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable sales teams to access insights when and where they need them

  • Establish measurement frameworks that connect sales activities to pipeline outcomes and revenue impact

  • Collaborate with customer experience operations, marketing operations, and data engineering to ensure analytics initiatives are technically feasible and aligned with enterprise data strategy

Enable Insight Adoption and Data Literacy

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by evangelizing analytics capabilities and demonstrating business value

  • Create documentation and knowledge management systems that make insights discoverable and reusable

Leverage AI and Advanced Analytics

  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and automate routine analysis

  • Experiment with generative AI tools to accelerate insights generation and personalize communications for different stakeholder groups

  • Work with data scientists and ML engineers to translate business problems into analytical models and ensure model outputs are actionable

  • Stay current on emerging analytics methods and technologies, recommending new approaches that enhance decision-making capabilities

Manage and Develop the Analytics Team

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Analysts, ensuring alignment of individual goals with overall business strategy.

  • Define clear roles, ownership, and performance expectations for analysts, promoting autonomy and accountability in high-ambiguity analytical projects.

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement, guiding analysts in utilizing advanced BI platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools to tell the data stories

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights management roles, with at least 3 years leading a team and supporting sales or revenue operations.

  • Strong proficiency with BI platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  • Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience working with data scientists and machine learning engineers to translate business problems into analytical models.
