This role leads the development of monthly financial reporting, including analysis of key business results, performance drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities. The Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by translating complex data into actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include claims trend analysis and dashboard reporting, telesales call and application forecasting, call center performance reporting, ad hoc claims analytics, and performance management support. The role also oversees telesales invoice validation and accrual development to ensure accurate financial reporting and vendor management. Through a combination of reporting, forecasting, and analytical modeling, the Manager helps optimize business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. In addition, the Manager leads and develops a team of analysts, providing coaching, prioritization, and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership to enhance analytics capabilities, improve reporting processes, and drive data-informed business outcomes across the IFM organization.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Bachelors degree and 3 years experience in data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement, or management consulting, OR Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in health care / health insurance* 1 year of management / leadership experience* Strong analytical ability – comfortable both with manipulating and analyzing large datasets and with presenting that data in an easy-to-understand manner* Analytical strategic thinker, with the business acumen to analyze data and translate into actionable takeaways* Articulate communicator to executive audiences* Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or processes in a manner that drives to tangible impact* Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
