Job Summary:
Masimo Wearables is a company focused on commercial data analytics, and they are seeking a Director of Sales Analytics & Insights. This role involves building and optimizing global data pipelines and infrastructure while collaborating with various stakeholders to enable key business insights and ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain the global commercial organization data architecture to align business objectives with technical strategy
• Develop reliable, scalable, and efficient data workflows to ingest, transform, and deliver commercial data for analytics, reporting, and integration with various sales enablement applications/tools
• Develop strategies to integrate disparate data sources and move data from legacy systems and/or offline files to modern platforms
• Develop and define data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with reported financial measures
• Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for data sets, reports, dashboards, metrics, and other business insights
• Support the advancement of commercial analytics capabilities with well-structured data foundations that support advanced analytics and predictive insights
Qualifications:
Required:
• Extensive technical knowledge with expertise in at least one technical language or data management system (e.g. AWS, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of relational, dimensional, and modern analytics architectures
• Strong understanding of data modeling for analytics (dimensional & semantic layer design) and data governance
• Ability to translate business analytics needs into architecture designs and roadmaps
