Job description

Job Summary

The role reports to the National Account Manager for Menards. The ASSA ABLOY | Menards Sales Analyst responsibility is to ensure AAAR products are on retailer's shelf when our customer's need them.
The ASSA ABLOY | Menards Sales Analyst is the primary point of contact for Retail Replenishment Managers and is a secondary point of contact for Retail Buying personnel. The role is critical to developing a high-quality relationship with the customer and plays a vital internal role supporting sales growth and driving operational efficiencies working jointly with Supply Planning.
The success of the ASSA ABLOY | Menards Sales Analyst is measured by exceeding in-stock goals, delivering target return on inventory, supporting sales growth and effectively identifying and resolving any supply chain disconnects between our internal planning process and our customer's inventory requirements. 
Achieving these goals will achieve customer satisfaction and maximize sales for both AAAR and our customer.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

ASSA ABLOY | Menards Inventory & Sales Analyst

  • Build strong partnerships with Menards teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead weekly meetings with Menards inventory analysts and ASSA ABLOY demand planners to identify challenges, align priorities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Analyze POS data, sales trends, and forecast metrics to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision making.
  • Monitor exception reports to manage SKU replenishment standards that support consistent, reliable inventory flow.
  • Recommend inventory levels that maximize profitability, improve turns, and maintain strong in-stock performance across stores and distribution centers.
  • Forecast and track daily sales, manage replenishment schedules, and coordinate logistics to support efficient order fulfillment.
  • Identify root causes of shortages, propose corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Improve vendor scorecard performance by tracking key metrics-such as out of stocks, promotional execution and tracking, and communicating progress to internal and customer teams.
  • Support the Collaborative Planning process by integrating customer specific insights into sales trends, new items, mix changes, and promotional performance.
  • Work closely with supply chain and customer sale teams to align ordering forecasts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Profile

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Data Analysis emphasis. 
  • 2-4 years' experience relating to account management, logistics or supply chain environment with specific understanding of supply chain, planning, scheduling, and logistics concepts. Industry experience and product knowledge are desired.
  • APICS membership and participation encouraged.

Work Environment:

Job Location: Eau Claire, WI. 

Working conditions are normal for an office environment within a Menards office building. This individual must be on site 5 days per week.
