The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.
SPA is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office. #KS
Responsibilities
Provide analytical and administrative support to PMS 340 staff, including developing and maintaining program documentation, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, supporting planning and resourcing activities, preparing briefs and reports, coordinating across stakeholder organizations, tracking taskers and program actions, and assisting leadership with decision-support products to enhance program effectiveness and operational readiness.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant analytical or program support experience
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, program management support, and development of executive-level documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Active SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting NAVSEA, NSW units, or other SOF organizations
  • Familiarity with DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes
  • Background in workflow management, process improvement, or organizational analysis
