Branch Operations Manager - HVAC Wholesale Distributor

3917 Morse Street, Denton, TX 76208

AMSCO Supply has been a regional leader in HVAC distribution for over 50 years. Based out of Tulsa, we operate 8 locations across 4 states. With Rheem Air Conditioning as our primary partner, we supply equipment, parts, and supplies to local HVAC contractors.

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Operations Manager to lead our Denton, TX location. In this Branch, we operate a showroom, warehouse, and delivery fleet. This is a smaller Branch with 3 total employees; thus, the Branch Operations Manager is very hands-on to assist with most functions of the daily operations. Sales are focused on "business to business" with a high degree of repeat sales to a core group of customers.

Skills Required:

  • Previous HVAC industry experience required, preferably in wholesale sales to contractors
  • A track record of providing superior customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good level of computer aptitude and proficiency
  • Willingness to engage in multiple roles as needed when short-staffed

The target base salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:
