The Workday PATT Senior Associate - AMS serves as a client-facing Subject Matter Expert supporting organizations in a post-production, Application Managed Services (AMS) environment. This role requires hands-on expertise across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and HCM, along with the ability to provide trusted advisory support, resolve complex cross-functional issues, and confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence in a post-production or AMS environment.
  • Proven experience serving as a client-facing Workday SME, including interaction with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional Workday HCM knowledge and understanding of downstream impacts across domains.
  • Experience delivering support and enhancement work in an AMS or ongoing support model.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certifications in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, or HCM.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Payroll environments and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working with Workday integrations, reports, or audits related to Payroll and Time.
  • Exposure to multi-region or complex payroll environments.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000 - $140,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,000 - $161,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
