DESCRIPTION
About The Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing Business Partner), you will serve as the dedicated marketing leader for one or more Amplēo divisions. You'll partner closely with division leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen brand positioning, and drive revenue growth.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution. You'll own the division marketing plan, oversee campaign execution, manage the marketing budget, and coordinate with Amplēo's shared marketing resources to deliver measurable business results.
Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and uses data to make informed marketing decisions. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, business development, creative, content, digital marketing, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, optimize marketing performance, and help shape the continued growth of one of Amplēo's business divisions through innovative, results-driven marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations
