In this role, you'll provide leadership and coaching to a team of Travel Counselors onsite at our Peace Corps location.

Through effective communication, data-driven insights, and strong management practices, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting Defense and Government accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Drive change and engagement through clear and effective communications.

  • Monitor counselor activity and trends using data, providing ongoing performance feedback.

  • Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution.

  • Organize and allocate work to available staff for smooth day-to-day delivery.

  • Lead as a business partner ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Support Defense and Government accounts, requiring the ability to pass an extended government background check.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in a customer service environment.

  • Contact center experience preferred.

  • Travel industry experience preferred.

  • Sabre GDS expertise required.

  • Experience issuing tickets and working Sabre queues preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Expert knowledge of customer satisfaction requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: $65000 - $75000
