Deburr Technician - Manufacturing
American Products | Strafford, MO
Pay: $17+/hr
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm
American Products is growing and looking for dependable Deburr Technicians to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality finished products in a safety-first, team-focused environment. We offer paid tuition, generous PTO, and opportunities to build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deburr and smooth finished metal parts to meet specifications
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy against blueprints and customer specs
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
  • Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of deburring, grinding, or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop floor documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable with strong work ethic

Requirements
