Assembler - 1st Shift $23-27/hr

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematics for panel assembly.
  • Utilize small hand and power tools to set hardware and connect wires.
  • Follow a provided task list to ensure build accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and trainers for performance metrics and guidance.
  • Assist with overtime shifts to meet production requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Experience with electrical wiring and electronic assembly.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sensors and solenoids.
  • Experience in panel building and assembly.
  • Knowledge of installing and wiring PLCs, breakers, relays, and VFDs.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean, organized, and well-lit, with work done at standing stations. While it is non-climate controlled, the facility is equipped with large overhead doors and fans to maintain airflow. You will work the first shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime until production needs are met.
