Join us at our new facility in Cedarburg! Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, which is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage & drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019 and QuantumFlo in October 2021, HydroServe in 2023 and Plad in 2023.


Job Summary

The Control Panel Technician ensures that the control panels are operating within the specifications.


Primary Job Duties

  • Reviews BOM (Bill of Material), sales order, layout and schematics.
  • Test Digital Control panels for functionality
  • Test Electromechanical panels for functionality
  • Troubleshoot process control panels during build and wiring
  • Troubleshoot installed control panels
  • Support Control Panel Engineering as required
  • Utilize test and mechanical tools as required

1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday- Friday

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field
  • Ability to read electrical wiring layout and schematic drawings
  • Ability to logically go thru troubleshooting tree for panel testing diagnostics, analysis and problem solving
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Ladder Logics, a plus.
  • Self-directed and able to adjust to changes in priority and scope.
