Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setup, operation, breakdown, inventory, and maintenance broadcast, audio, lighting, and video equipment needs.
  • Broadcasts concerts & special events with A/V requirements.
  • Operate equipment requirements for successful event production.
  • Provide technical support throughout events as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/center/ theater.
  • Technical degree or certification preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnel.
  • Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state, and other work environment safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of fire and public safety issues.
