  • Complete line clearance, first piece inspection documentation, and related production forms for each work order.

  • Perform ongoing quality checks during production and communicate quality issues to operators and setup technicians.

  • Replenish materials and assist with breaks to support continuous production operations.

1. Complete line clearance and first piece inspection documentation upon each work order
2. Verify all materials and labels match the traveler
Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements
3. Perform ongoing quality checks from each tray during production
4. Communicate with operators taking over your machine of special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shift
5. Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns
6. Fill hoppers with components
7. Assist with breaks
8. Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station
9. Complete Laminate box count form
10. Fill out 32 tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays
11. Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
12. Review and understand customer packout requirements
