As a Transportation Associate (Lumper), you will be responsible for handling the physical aspects of unloading, sorting, and moving products. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace are essential to our overall operation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including boxes, totes, and pallets, on a regular basis. * Familiarity with material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus. * Basic math skills to verify product quantities and perform inventory counts accurately. * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately. * Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. * Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including cold or hot temperatures and dusty environments. * Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.
