Weโ€™re looking for a Brand Ambassador Intern to help implement, grow and manage our brand ambassador program and community relationships!

About the Brand Ambassador Program

We recruit the micro-influencers on campus to be the face of the Rambler brand. These ambassadors are the face of our brand on campus and use their influence to create awareness, drive leads and ultimately refer leases to the property. Ambassadors and Affiliates get exclusive Rambler merch, attend exciting events, and gain valuable sales and marketing experience. As the Brand Ambassador Intern, you will be the leader of this group of influencers, tasked with identifying and recruiting the right candidates, managing contracts and planning exciting and engaging events.

Job Responsibilities

ยท Identify potential Brand Ambassadors at Purdue

ยท Recruit, interview and onboard all Brand Ambassadors

ยท Manage recruiting follow ups and onboarding process in HubSpot

ยท Administer Ambassador contracts

ยท Build relationships and coordinate communication with Brand Ambassadors

ยท Monitor engagement via Brand Ambassador Platform to ensure goals are being met

ยท Plan and execute engaging and exciting monthly events

ยท Plan and implement community engagement strategies with university organizations and local businesses

ยท Write, create and distribute monthly newsletter using Canva templates and HubSpotโ€™s email tool

ยท Nurture ambassador and affiliate relationships, engaging regularly both in-person and virtually through text messaging and social media

ยท Represent and continue to build the brand of the property

ยท Provide creative and unique ideas for property merchandise

ยท Assist Social Media Director in planning and coordination of lifestyle photoshoots

Requirements

ยท Current college student in pursuit of a Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related fields of study

ยท Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok and GroupMe preferred

ยท Bonus points for experience with CasaPerks or HubSpot

ยท Fluent in the English language and its rules and proper usage

ยท Experience as a brand ambassador is a plus

Benefits

This paid internship will run from May 2026 to December 2026. The internship will be approximately 15 โ€“ 25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
