Job description

Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors - called delivery partners - to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for Worldwide delivery partner Engagement for Amazon Flex, who will lead formulating, iterating and implementing the the strategy, execution, and optimization of our engagement marketing efforts across 9 countries where Amazon Flex currently operates. The role owner will be the single-threaded owner responsible for driving global DP engagement using all available product, marketing, and program levers. This high-impact role focuses on improving early lifecycle engagement, growth and retention while improving platform usage across our global Amazon Flex network. You will develop engagement playbooks, define engagement strategy, and create three-year plans that deliver strong results for the delivery partners while supporting business goals of lowering costs to serve and enabling rapid business growth.
You will own the WW product marketing strategy for Promotions, Rewards Program, and Offers product across all marketing channels in 9 countries (US, CA, MX, BR, UK, IN, JP, AU, SG). This role serves as the subject matter expert on delivery engagement, advising WW Flex marketing and business leaders. You'll lead the product marketing relationship for Promotions, help create new engagement strategies for upcoming delivery types and modes of transport including Quick Commerce businesses, and own the product and marketing roadmap for the WW Referral Program (Refer-a-Friend) and other engagement programs.

* Develop and execute WW delivery partner engagement strategy and playbooks with focus on driving DP retention and churn mitigation
* Collaborate with product partners to inform the product roadmap that impacts loyalty, and drive adoption among regional marketing teams
* Deliver go-to-market plans and drive WW parity of engagement programs and products across all markets
Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence
* Partner cross-functionally with regional marketing, marketing communications, product, business intelligence, legal, and finance teams to design, launch, and optimize programs at scale
* Influence regional marketing, product teams, finance, and advise senior business leaders on engagement strategies.
Data-Driven Marketing & Optimization
* Translate insights into compelling, localized marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
* Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies that improve engagement and retention.
* Lead A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize messaging across channels (email, push notification, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages).
* Analyze lifecycle funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, and design data-driven interventions to sustain engagement
Measurement & Leadership Communication
* Develop RoI model frameworks with finance partners for engagement initiatives.
* Present business reviews and program narratives to senior leadership, including WBR/MBR/QBR inputs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
