1. Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch (not just running frameworks that someone else created)
2. C# or .net experience
3. Experience working in an Agile environment
4. Experience testing Web Services/API with SOAP UI or Postman for either Windows thick client or Mobile apps (Xamarin preferred), both manual and automated
-When there's a problem, this consultant will use his or her development skills to troubleshoot root causes, data integration, and software issues, and isolate the issues down to the module or component of where the problem is occurring in order to triage and fix the issue
-He or she will also be doing testing, both manual and automated (about a 50/50 split at first with the eventual goal at being 100% automated)
-He or she will create test automation frameworks, and run testing
-The Web Services/API being tested in this case is not for a web page but rather Windows C#, thick client (Windows 10 downloadable app) and Xamarin mobility app run on Android
Other nice to have skills include:
-Selenium
-Experience working in a SAFe environment, although this is not as common
-Any exposure to data analysis, Rally, iOT, wearables, DevOps or CI/CD would be a plus
-Strong communication and comprehension skills
-Any exposure to gathering requirements to create automation or develop frameworks
