Mobile SDET

6 Months+

1) Mobile SDET experience specifically testing both Android and iOS platforms utilizing Appium
2)API testing - test API manually- Postman or Advance Rest Client (ARC)- chrome extension (perform api calls directly in browser) allows to make complicated calls ex. Cookies headers etc.
3)Jenkins- Understanding of how to automate automation. This person will need to be able to load test cases into Jenkins then deploy them to an environment to test and receive response most efficiently. More than likely will be deploying to AWS environment.
The SDET will be testing the mobile app for Shop Disney Parks. SDP is a web and mobile app that guests can use to purchase Disney items and have them shipped to their home, hotel room, or pick up in the park.
- Strong-self direction skills. Proactive contribution of new ideas
- Automation Experience (i.e. TestNG, Appium, Cucumber, Selenium (Code), Protractor, or similar tool)
- Experience with writing Ruby, Python, Javascript, or Java code from scratch
- Experience writing test cases and suites from user stories
- Strong experience doing automated testing of RESTful API services
- Experienced with automated mobile testing of Native Android and/or Native iOS (XCode Bots/UI tests, Appium, etc.)
- Git/Github
- Postman or Charles Proxy
- Jmeter or some other load testing tool
- Advanced Jenkins experience
- Manual testing experience
- Scripting experience (Python, Ruby, Bash, etc.)
Nice-to-have:
- Automated testing of Single Page javascript web apps (AngularJS preferred)
- Experience leading a team
- Proven experience devising & implementing an automation strategy
- Familiar with cloud based testing (AWS device cloud, etc.)
