Job description

Who We Are

Parenting isn't picture-perfect. It's messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing - sometimes all before noon. That's where we come in.

Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker - the NoseFrida - and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.

We don't shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about - nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.

You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.

Under Hirschhorn's leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we're helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.

How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon to join our Digital & Ecomm team based in Miami, FL. Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing & Media, this role will own the media strategy, planning, execution, and performance analytics for Amazon Advertising-one of Frida's most important growth channels. The Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon will partner closely with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, optimize media performance, and drive sales on Amazon. This individual will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment and will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Own Amazon Advertising strategy and execution, with primary responsibility for the U.S. business while supporting international marketplace initiatives

  • Manage Amazon Advertising programs end-to-end, including budgeting, forecasting, campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Partner with external agency teams to develop testing strategies across audiences, bidding, creative, keyword strategy, ad placements, and campaign structure
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, incremental sales, and return on ad spend
  • Create and lead quarterly business reviews, providing performance insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Design and analyze incrementality, lift, and attribution testing tied to key brand moments, including product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other reporting tools to generate actionable insights and improve media performance
  • Oversee competitive intelligence reporting and communicate marketplace trends and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align media strategy with broader business objectives

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising with deep expertise in Amazon DSP
  • Hands-on experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and other Amazon advertising solutions
  • Proven ability to develop full-funnel Amazon media strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Experience using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to evaluate campaign performance, audience insights, and incrementality
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience translating large datasets into actionable recommendations
  • Experience developing reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and executive-level business reviews
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, audience strategy, and media measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners while driving strategic initiatives
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in CPG, consumer products, or baby products is preferred
