Job Summary 

We are seeking an Amazon Sales Assistant to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace business in the U.S. market. This role will oversee day-to-day Seller Central operations while supporting sales growth through performance analysis, promotional planning, inventory coordination, and advertising initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong e-commerce operations and analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset and can translate sales and marketplace data into actionable strategies. This position will work closely with internal teams, global headquarters, Amazon representatives, and external agencies to optimize marketplace performance, support new product launches, and drive sustainable sales growth.



Key Responsibilities 

1. Amazon Account Management

  • Manage and operate the Amazon marketplace account through Seller Central
  • Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, content updates, pricing, promotions, and account maintenance
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV) 
  • Monitor account health, listing status, and marketplace issues to ensure smooth operations and sales growth

2. Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute Amazon sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen overall marketplace performance
  • Plan and manage promotions, seasonal events, and major Amazon sales events
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, pricing, and marketplace opportunities to improve overall performance
  • Identify opportunities to increase product sales and improve performance through pricing, promotions, content, advertising, and assortment optimization
  • Develop action plans to stabilize underperforming products and support sustainable sales growth after launch

3. Inventory & FBA Operations

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and FBA shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with operations and logistics teams to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
  • Support demand planning based on sales trends, promotional activities, and upcoming launches 


4. Advertising & Agency Management

  • Work closely with external agencies to manage Amazon advertising and marketplace initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and other Amazon advertising programs
  • Monitor advertising performance, including ROAS, ACOS, and ad spend, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Communicate business priorities, promotional plans, budgets, and performance expectations with agency partners
  • Review agency performance and ensure timely execution of agreed initiatives 


5. Cross-Functional Communication

  • Collaborate closely with HQ and internal teams including marketing, supply chain, operations, and creative teams
  • Coordinate with Amazon representatives, external agencies, vendors, and other business partners
  • Support new product launches, promotional initiatives, and other cross-functional eCommerce projects
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support overall eCommerce business growth 


Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace account management, or online sales, with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry preferred
  • Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English preferred
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage day-to-day marketplace operations independently
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
