Job description

The Amazon Channel Team for Ring and Blink is looking for an Outbound Product Manager to manage and develop sales and marketing strategies for Ring and Blink on Amazon.mx. Our growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit, can work in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. This role will work with multiple stakeholders and have accountabilities towards growing the business

Key job responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution.
Product Launch & Positioning: Develop and execute product launch strategies for the Amazon site, and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products on Amazon
Sales Process: Own goals around site conversion and revenue. Provide feedback to improve the experience in running promotions and campaigns.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the category and sales ops teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy on Amazon.
A day in the life
You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, offline retail, finance, PR, site merchandising, and design to define, develop, and execute innovative sales and product launch strategies that drive awareness, usage and maximize sales globally.
The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution

They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the company. You must have the ability to quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute across many work functions simultaneously.
