Develop account strategies for top-tier prospects, including executive engagement plans, technical discovery, and commercial structuring
Partner with AWS field teams to identify co-sell opportunities where Leo connectivity complements existing AWS cloud workloads
Navigate complex deal structures including multi-year PPAs, volume commitments, custom SLAs, and multi-national contracting
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal to translate customer requirements into product roadmap input and scalable commercial terms
Build repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting discipline for a team operating in a pre-GA and early-GA environment
Represent the voice of the North America enterprise customer internally, ensuring product decisions reflect real buyer needs
Export Control Requirements:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience recruiting and developing high performing teams that deliver outsized results
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing enterprise sales teams
- 3+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or Master's degree
- Experience across at least one industry vertical (manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, etc.)
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
- Experience in connectivity, telecommunications, satellite, or infrastructure-as-a-service sales
