As a Sr. Account Executive, you will report to a Sr. Sales Manager and use your 7+ years of media sales experience to successfully grow and scale advertising partnerships with Automotive brands and their dealers. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the OEM and Tier 2 Automotive advertising space, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, inclusive of Streaming TV, Live Sports, and Programmatic, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. As an individual contributor, you'll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our course and roadmap for future business growth. This role currently requires five days working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as needed.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive account revenue
- Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients
- Develop C-Level client and agency relationships
- Develop, sell, and manage joint business partnerships and annual spend commitments across key workstreams
- Interface with other Amazon orgs beyond Ads (e.g., AWS, Prime Video) to support broad client initiatives
- Effectively collaborate and work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business outcomes and results.
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement of sales processes, templates, and tools to better meet client needs and scale go-to-market innovation internally.
- Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.

The Birmingham, MI LCS Autos team is a dynamic group of sales professionals driven to strategically solve for client business challenges. Our small office environment creates camaraderie, teamwork and knowledge share across Tier I & II OEM clients. AdTech, Amazon Autos, AM, Brand Innovation Lab, CCM and specialty team members all reside in the same office, creating easy access to expertise.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
- - Experience developing client business solutions with durable revenue streams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
