Role Description

The Office Production Assistant is a contracted, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, supporting the daily operations of Shiloh & Bros’ content production and office activities. This role assists with coordinating production schedules, preparing props and wardrobe, and helping with basic video production tasks to support the crew during film shoots. The position will have an emphasis in pre-production, and also includes general administrative duties such as managing calendars, organizing files, maintaining office supplies and craft services inventory to keep the workspace efficient. This role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting both office and production needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong production assistance skills, including supporting video shoots, organizing props, and coordinating production logistics.
• Candidates should possess administrative assistance skills, such as scheduling, file organization, basic data entry, and office coordination.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, conveying information clearly, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Candidates should have a "go-getter" attitude; ask for help when needed, but be able to work autonomously.
• Candidates should possess foundational video production skills, such as familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio, or post-production workflows.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment, and enthusiasm for family-friendly and gaming-related content.
• Relevant experience in production or office support is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in media, film, or communications is a plus.
